You can get dog sweaters and coats pretty cheap at Walmart, Target, and Old Navy. Our Pinchi wears a medium, but your kids say that your's is even smaller. Ours does pretty well down into the high teens, but then its feet get too cold. We tried booties, but can't get them to stay on. You shouldn't have to worry about them tempatures too much, but sometimes we don't get above 0.
Saw the pics of the new house, it's beautiful. Miss the fam, hope all is well. God Bless.
